Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and order entry - Provide general support to visitors and staff - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with event planning and coordination
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Proficient in using Google Suite or similar office software - Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Accurate typing and data entry skills This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and has strong organizational skills.
