Report to the Business Development Manager regarding objectives, daily/weekly call volume plans, etc.
Assist customers with their vehicle inquiry and set appointments for dealership personnel Follow up with clients that were in the dealership Heavy inbound and outbound call traffic - ability to handle large call volume with ease a must! Experience with internet and computer applications a must! Job Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS Steady work history and shown commitment to previous employers Prior customer service experience required - 2 years Auto sales experience not required - we will train! Trainable, positive attitude and desire to succeed Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.
