The position is primarily responsible to perform various cleaning tasks and handyman work.
Key Responsibilities -Places garbage/recycling at street on appropriate days; keeps garbage area organized and clean at all times -Responsible for basic buildings repairs such as painting, plumbing, light carpentry, electrical, and repairs to other building related systems (experience in painting/plaster preferred) -Assists building superintendent with various maintenance tasks; works with other team members to complete maintenance work -Complete work orders, miscellaneous repairs, and report to Building Super/Management upon completion.
-Supports office staff as needed -Maintains awareness of any issues at building and notifies company management and supervisor Additional Requirements -Positive attitude and strong communication skills -Ability to work well with others -Prior experience as porter/handyman -Ability to work independently or as part of team Job Type:
