Ozone Park, NY Ozone Park, NY Full-time Full-time $19 - $23 an hour $19 - $23 an hour 4 hours ago 4 hours ago 4 hours ago CDPAP Coordinator A CDPAP Coordinator is responsible for providing front-line support for clients and providing exceptional customer service to ensure clients are satisfied with services; and respond to any request, questions, or complaints that best represent the organization's objectives and standards.
Responsibilities:
Call and welcome clients and their Personal Assistant (PA) to our company.
Provide detailed information on services and hours provided.
Ensure PAs can use the time and attendance application.
Verify the first date of work and inform Human Resources.
Proactive monthly check-ins with clients to ensure they are receiving services and administer quality assurance survey to help us determine how we can improve.
Connect clients with insurance agencies and advocate on various topics, such as additional hours, medication coverage, and transportation.
Communicate with care managers and authorizations department to assure all information pertaining to client and services are accurate.
Work with client to get updated physician orders for Home Care.
Communicate with client and PA to explain any changes or updates regarding their authorization and assist them with reversing or obtaining a new Physician order.
Work with payroll to identify clients who may not be receiving the correct authorized hours and gather necessary information such as timesheets and call logs and investigate to find the cause.
Identify through regular communication if there is potential fraud or elder abuse and report to the care manager on time.
Communicate formally (in writing) with vendors regarding vacation requests, hospitalizations, fraud suspicion, elder abuse, change in residency, change in health status, etc.
(Client retention) Identify and try to resolve issues that may cause a client to end services.
Ensure clients do not remain on census no auth report by communicating with care managers to help facilitate the resumption of services.
Manage reports such as client status, discharges, complaints, and retention through salesforce.
Accurate and detailed documentation of every interaction with clients, PAs, care managers, physicians etc.

Assist with other miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by CSR Manager or Director of CDPAP services.
Review weekly EVV reports, time and attendance, address exceptions and keep EVV compliance above 90%.
Review and run required payroll reports.
Send out requested paystubs along with payment cards.
