Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff - Manage and organize files and documents - Answer and direct phone calls - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person - Schedule appointments and meetings - Coordinate projects with other team members - Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks - Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software preferred - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
