Full Job Description Responsibilities We are looking for a part-time receptionist that will also be the right hand to our housekeeper.
You will also work closely with the HR Supervisor and help plan and officiate employee parties, events and more! Your duties will include:
Providing exceptional customer service Greets visitors, prospective candidates, and other visitors to the agency.
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate department.
Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, website, and other related information.
Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.
) Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
covering lunch for our current front desk receptionist o covering the front (sometimes weeks at a time) when the receptionist goes on vacation.
o assisting the receptionist with any help that she may need (days with heavy traffic of people) o assisting with keeping the office neat, tidy and organized (all closets, desks and drawers) o cleaning windows, vacuuming the office, dusting desks, cleaning bathrooms o restocking, disposing of boxes, etc.
o let HR know of any missing/ misplaced/ broken items.
